FOOD THIS TIME WAS OUTSTANDING IN THE MAIN DINNING ROOM. KNOW THE MENU WELL AND HAVING HAD MANY TIMES BEFORE THIS TIME IT WAS FANTASTIC.

Overall, this was an amazing cruise. Everyone of the staff members were super nice and had a smile on their faces, always willing to help. I will definitely go on The Harmony of the Seas again and will recommend. The only issue as mentioned previously, was that when we got on the ship we went straight to check-in at our muster location. However, later in the day, we received a letter in our rooms stating that we didn't check-in when in actuality we did. So, I had to go and make sure that they had us recorded as being checked in. But other than that, everything else was GREAT and very well organized.

It was not the best cruise i've ever experienced. I was quite disappointed considering Royal Caribbean has previously set the standard pretty high. Unfortunately, it was equivalent to being on a Carnival cruise and now I'm exploring other cruise lines.

It was a truly exceptional experience. Royal Caribbean really did not disappoint with this beautiful ship. I am already looking up another one!

This was my second time on Harmony OTS and it reminded me of why it is my favorite ship. Any complaints are minor and were expected given the large number of passengers. Crew worked hard to make everyone's vacations fantastic.

The meals and dining options were excellent. We had an exceptional wait staff in the Any Time Dining Room (Deck 3). Most of the crew were very friendly and helpful; they seemed to really enjoy their jobs and interacting with passengers.

I would choose an cruise that does not include cococay. The island was nice, but it seems like it is just away for the cruise line to make money that customers would spend in a port. I would have rather seen a different island.

In all we had a wonderful time on our cruise and would definitely take another Royal Caribbean cruise again.

won't do a big ship again - to large, too many people

For two people who haven’t ever been interested in “cruising,” I can say we would absolutely do it again. In fact, we are planning the date to embark another cruise with our kids and grands sometime in 2024 to either this Caribbean option or the Western Caribbean one offered by Royal Carribean.

We had been looking forward to a family cruise for over a year. It was exactly what we all needed. Next time we may consider doing it when school is in session. There were a lot of kids. Ours were adults.

We loved our first cruise experience! Royal Caribbean exceeded our expectations in many areas. Highly recommend Harmony of the Seas!

Very nice 7 night cruise, small issue in Costa maya but we made out ok.

This was a family trip and everyone had a great time. The ship was great.

For a ship with 7000 passengers, it was surprisingly comfortable and didn't feel crowded.

My party had a terrific time and would not mind sailing on this ship again. Staff members were service oriented. Every one was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend the cruise line, the ship and the itinerary.

Enjoyed every relaxing minute of it! Looking forward to traveling on RC again in a couple months.

Although we enjoyed the cruise we will not cruise on the larger class ships again because of the large spring break like crowds

The Harmony of the seas in overall was amazing, the entertainment, the ports of call and the service in general the only thing we didn't espected was no more captain night
