We had a wonderful, relaxing cruise and thoroughly enjoyed the ports. We enjoyed relaxing at the front of the ship in the Solarium, which was for 18 yrs and over, so it was peaceful and quiet. We wish there had been more lounging areas that weren’t in a bar or club atmosphere, but other than that we loved the cruise!

I would suggest that the cruise line would send the attire schedule much earlier so the passengers can plan ahead.

The cruise ship is excellent with tons of activities. The shows are amazing and the staff are incredibly friendly!

First time on the Hermony of the seas, definetly a beautiful ship with lots of enterntainment and great atmosphere, our family of 5 all adults had a blast sailing into the new year aboard.

It was a great cruise that I had lots of fun. I can’t wait to go again. Love the ship.

RCCL could use some work. No more turn down service- compasses are now online unless you ask- food has lost its quality in the Main Dining Room and drink prices have become ridiculous.

The holiday cruise was awesome, highly recommend chop grill and the chefs table.

Overall the cruising experience is on par with what I expected and based on previous cruises. However, this itinerary is very strange and I felt the ship was rushed to complete the itinerary. The ship sailed at 22 knots for 7 days with ship in continuous rocking and weaving motion; no sea day was slow and relaxing due to it. The itinerary was Galveston, Roatan, Cozumel, Costa Maya, Galveston. If you look on a map, you will see that Costa May is in between Cozumel and Roatan; most cruises will finish with Cozumel LAST before ending at Galveston. But this trip is first headed south to Roatan, rushed north to Cozumel, rushed south to Costa Maya (we only a HALF DAY there instead of a full day; depart at 1 pm), rushed north to Galveston. Why was this crazy itinerary chosen? It made no sense in term travel nor in fuel consumption.

Will definitely do this cruise again. Had a great time on the ship during sea days.

This is not the brand I've cruised on in the past they have downgraded the ran to compete with Carnival

We wanted to make meaningful memories and this cruise provided them!

It’s up to each individual to make the best of a situation, I did what I could but still won’t sail on any of the ships with 5,000 or more guest. The bigger ships just have more cabins.

Our first experience on one of Royal Caribbean's large ships was not as good as this experience. We did not encounter the same issues we faced on our first large ship. This cruise was wonderful!

Overall, the trip was a success. I did have problems reaching out to my agent prior to sailing. I had to solve my problems on my own. But, it all worked out in the end.

Ship was very well laid out and did not feel crowded like I thought a big ship would. Entertainment was top notch! Thoroughly enjoyed it!

We loved this cruise so much that while on board, we booked to go on it again in a few months. Literally same boat and same itinerary!

Had a wonderful experience with this cruise. Smooth sailing throughout my trip with clean facilities and attentative crew members. The shows on board were incredible, especially the Fine Line Aquashow and all the live music offered. The destinations we stopped at offered a lot to do and see. I'm very satisfied with my stay and would definitely book with Royal Caribbeans again!

Cruise was enjoyable, wish the main dining room menu selection was better. Food quality was outstanding.

Big ship with lots to do on board, good stops. The food was disappointing.

Quick cruise to Cozumel with extended family. We had a large group of 4 couples. The ship was incredible. The staff friendly. The amenities unparalleled. I want to take a 7+ night cruise on Harmony of the Seas.
