you can purchase it on the planner. once you sign up, they will contact you by email, and they will tell you what to do before you arrive. you'll have a medical questionnaire to fill out and take with you. they will tell you where to find what you need to learn. very easy to do this. my son did it on Harmony in 2023, and then he finished up his open water on Symphony this year.
