Nope. Bad customer service.

I was very pleased with Guest Services. They were very prompt in helping me with any problems. At one point, the air conditioning decided to act up in my cabin. It got up to 82 degrees. I spoke with them in the morning and when I returned to my cabin that evening, it was fixed.

Well, they were able to address our issue in our cabin i. e. Moved us to another cabin same category but cleaner, not noisy and doesn't stink size probably a foot bigger but we can deal with the size. It was just 2 of us anyways

Check and double check your bill. We asked Guest Services to change our credit card 2 times. They didn’t and as a result we have to wait 7 days to get out finances back in order.

Simon helped us with a mistake on our bill. He promptly took care of this. Simon can always be seen smiling or laughing. Make sure you stop by and say hello to Simon.

Booking a shore excursion was quick and easy.

Answered all my questions and got wheelchair when needed
