Beautiful ship! Lots to offer. Rooms need refurbishing. Music at pool at holiday time still needs to be party music not Christmas music. Shows need to be scheduled around dinner . Varied times made it hard to see all.

Smooth and organized . Agents awaited guests with IPADS to register them.Plenty of staff on Hand to direct guests to where they needed to go.

Food and service in main dining room was fantastic. Our waiters Stifford and Selin were very attentive to our needs and acommodating.
Onboard Activities

The pool deck was beautiful but the weather was not favorable on our trip the whole time. Hot tubs big , but full because pool was cold. Playmakers Sports bar was a great place to hang out and play games. This was great for us . Lots of scheduled activities like Bingo and classes to take.
Entertainment

The Ice Show was amazing. The Once Upon a Time production with dancers and singers was also wonderful. Broadway show was outdated. Songs were very old not current Broadway songs which would cater to the guests better.

The ship is beautiful. Layout easy to navigate. Solarium needs to be closed in like Celebrity ships for inclement weather.
Cabin / Stateroom

Rooms are outdated . Not any room to go on side of a Queen/KIng bed to get to end table. You had to climb on bed to answer phone.
