The cruise was really good in some ways and very disappointing in other ways. Disembarkation was terrible.

Review summary

In the past, Royal Caribbean treated their loyal returning cruisers very well. Now, they appear to take them for granted. We will take another RCCL cruises in Feb. 2023. Maybe it will be different and the Freedom was an anomaly and they are still trying to recover from Covid.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Ship was very clean. Ship layout & design was good but the ship is too big with too may guests.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
There was nothing bad about the cabin experience.

Ship tip

Diamond club was very disappointing and poorly done. Suite lounge was very good.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

3 out of 5
Due to port and city construction, very confusing getting to the terminal and I was employed at the port of Miami for 20 years.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Great experience and well worth the money for the Beach Day excursion.

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Nassau is always a great and fun day. Many new improvements.

We received our location but there was no one there to guide the passengers. Benign and very neglectful.
