Overall we really enjoyed the destinations and there were a few people we found super helpful but we were really disappointed in the cleanliness of the ship and the friendliness of the entire crew

Poor service throughout the duration of the cruise no one on crew greeted you no one on crew smiled really poor customer experience. On one instance I walked the entire promenade deck past 12 crewmembers not a single crewmember looked me in the eye or greeted me.

Very poor cleanliness standards. Garbage and dishes or left laying everywhere even when people that were supposed to be cleaning walked past they just walked past the garbage and didn’t stop to pick it up or clean it up we found the tables were dirty and there was no sanitation after you left your table in the buffet or restaurant areas they were just wipe down with the same rag.

Our cabin steward Lissette was wonderful she greeted us every morning she made sure our cabin was clean and refreshed multiple times during the day
