Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was not the one requested. There were three seniors in the stateroom one of them 88 yrs old and the other over weight that could not get on the bunker bed. I made two other reservations the same day and we could not have been further apart (from ons extreme of the boat to the other) I understand that Royal Caribbean did not had to do anything with this and managed very well the situation. I did not get the on board credit that I was promised, however the other did.
Ship tip
I will tell them to take the trip they will really enjoy it
I dis take an excursion. Meeting time was at 8:00 A.M we did not get off the ship until 8:35 and by the time we departed it was already passed 9:00. I consider we lost valuable time.
