Main dining room service was excellent. Food was good, but not as good as in previous RC cruises.
Royston and Romeo were excellent at dinner each night.
The wonderful Bread Pudding with vanilla sauce is no longer available at the lunch buffet.
Pizza is no longer available at the 11 floor lunch buffet.

5th floor promenade was very enjoyable.

Variety shows were good, The King Elvis was great.
Ice show was very good, the venue not so good. It felt claustrophobic.

Lucy, Bolero's bartender was excellent.
Waiters were very good overall, as well as the cabin attendant.
Old San Juan was looking better than expected, considering the hurricane, it has recovered quite nicely.
The guide from Countryside Tours did not show up. We had to join and pay for a local tour. it was good and the guide was also good. Shore Excursions LLC is working on issuing a refund.
