Review summary

Crew tried hard to overcome an erratic kitchen. There isn't enough entertainment so lounges go crowded out. I wouldn't go back on this ship unless it was an outstanding itinerary.

Embarkation

Chaotic

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Food was often served cold. It was often tasteless. Service was sporadic but the waiters were trying so I think it was a kitchen issue. Windjammer food got boring. Quite disappointing.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

3 out of 5
A couple of the third party entertainers were good, the ship's shows were outdated. The ice show was excellent.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Hit and miss.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship was clean but the design seems to result in a lot of crowding. Occasionally tables weren't available in the Windjammer.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Plenty big enough for two. Surprisingly quiet to be looking over the promenade.

Ship tip

Grab your lounger and stick with it as there was a lot of towels left on them for long periods (hours sometimes) with no-one sowing up. The crew really need to fix this.

Ports of call

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Great beaches, good food, lots of things to do.

Falmouth, Jamaica

2 out of 5
Grubby town.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
Nice beaches but some have some weed in the water. Lots of variety. A bit of queuing for lunch.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
We did a follow on cruise so this is based on the next cruise.
