Great bartender (Paul) and great Windjammer worker (Lettica), Main TV not working and 1:00 curfew for kids under 16 is way to late.

Review summary

Everyone onboard including passengers and crew members were very friendly. The band (Rockport) was a great band and very friendly. They seemed to have a great time playing. The passengers need to stop wasting so much food and stop being rude to the crew. They work hard and very long hours to please passengers. The main TV at the pool needs replaced. It wasn't working this cruise and in May, it played the same video over and over again for 9 days.

Embarkation

My name had an issue, somewhere it was misspelled and had to go thru hoops to get onboard

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was great along with the drinks

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The Veterans ceremony was great!!! The flag ceremony was great!, The bellyflop was nice. The band (Rockport band) was really great and would love to see them again in Nov-Dec cruise. Very nice and friendly people with great musick.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Need more movies shown in the Opium (sp) in the evening. The entertainment director needs to interact with the passengers more.

Children's Programs

No children travelling with me

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Paul the bartender was very knowledgeable in fixing drinks. He added an extra touch to them. He was a hard worker and never lost his cool when slammed. Lettica at Windjammer was a very personable person to talk with along with a great personality. She was a very hard worker. I hope both of these employees are on our Nov-Dec cruise to the Caribbean. Ms. Jo Jill our room attendant was very polite and friendly on the 4th level

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
There was always someone cleaning. The ship seemed to be always clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Nice king size bed. Had a few issues with hot water not being hot, only luke warm, but for most part, everything was good.

Ship tip

Be courtious to the staff who work very long hours and try to please each passenger. Stop wasting food and control your children better. Don't reserve chairs by pool and solarium.

Ports of call

Baltimore, Maryland

Embarking (except for issue with my name) and disembarking went very smooth, but not sure why we needed to be on the 5th level in the front of the ship to disembark. The line went very smooth and fast getting thru customs. The porters were very polite along with the rest of the staff.

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

Very nice except they made you wear a mask walking a few steps thru a building when no one was inside. The customs were polite to passengers.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
As stated, it went smoothly, but unsure why we needed to be on the 5th level in the theater area then walked to the center of the ship and down the steps to the 4th level to disembark. Carrying heavy carryons made it difficult for some people.
