My Fair Lady Dining Room
We had the most incompetent slow waiter, other tables had been served their food and we're leaving before we even got the appetizer or soup and salad. We got three of the orders at the table wrong my food came out cooked incorrectly twice and one of the gentleman with food allergies was he was alle allergic to..I have never had such bad food on any ship as this.
Room Service
There was a ring around the top and the water was dirty. The bottom had dirt and was gritty.
Schooner Bar
They were closed and I never found it open
Pool Bar
They were under staffed and out of most mixers within 1 hour of opening, the service was slow and you waited at least 25 minutes every time at the bar and the waiters walking around took at least 45 minutes every time. I had received the wrong drink so often I felt like telling them to surprise me it was going to be one anyway
Chop's Grille
There was a 8 inch hair in my mushroom soup, ribeye steak was overcooked. The manager brought another soup didn't offer to fix the steak and was still charged full price.
Onboard Activities
Vitality at Sea Spa
We signed up for a acupuncture class on board and upon arrival to the class we were informed that they cancelled last minute and they were more than willing to make room for a massage at full price. But they wouldn't be doing any of the free classes this cruise .
