Review summary

Planning and arranging our cruise on was quick and easy.  Boarding and getting to our room took only minutes.  Fantastic!  Weather was excellent, and food, activities and entertainment were great.  Days were full, and many new acquaintances were made.  There were many different age groups, and statuses.  Atmosphere was always friendly.  The crew was exceptionally professional and friendly.  Debarcation took only minutes, and since we parked at the terminal, we were able to get to our car quickly.  We carried our luggage on and off, and would recommend it for those physically able to do so.  Looking forward to another United Cruise.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
All the entertainment programs in the Orpheum were wonderful. The Enchantment Singers and Dancers were splendid. The orchestra was really enjoyable. Entertainment by Lance Ringnald was awesome. The Centrum band and vocals were so good!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Dining room staff was very attentive. Our waiter, Marilyn from South Africa, was a sweetheart, and we loved her. Our head waiter, Pietr catered to our every need. Our room attendant, Mark, from St. Vincent, did an exceptional job for us. It was great talking to all the young crew members from many countries. They were splendid. Cruise director Mark, and Mo Mo were tops.

Ship Quality

Tenth deck, and theater on the 9th deck were awesome. Centrum, and dining rooms are really good. All areas were very clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was comfortable, and clean. Towel art was appreciated. Bed was comfortable.

Ship tip

There are many places onboard the Enchantment, however, no chapel area for quiet meditation and scripture reading. An available suitable area could be designated at certain hours, such as early morning, or later evening.

This is one of my favorite areas in Fl.

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

Enjoyable beach and barbecue. Need some organized games, and beach activities.

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Nassau is an interesting town. Take a tour with an experienced guide. The British Colonial hotel is a great place to spend a day. Beach and all amenities are available online before the cruise. Worth the price.
