Review summary

Room was very nice and clean! Food is delicious! Service is excellent! Our room steward, Rizalino Lopez, did a very good job taking care of us. Scheduling was good except for the Victoria part of the trip - we got there at 7 p.m. and when we got to the Butchart Gardens, it was already dark. So we did not really enjoy the excursion; we felt cheated for the money we paid for this. Hopefully, for other cruises, this should be avoided. We would have really enjoyed the beauty of the place if we got there before nightfall.

Ship tip

If you get to Victoria in the evening, just take the downtown tour to see the illuminated buildings. Do not take the Butchart Gardens tour; not worth the money.

Do not take the Butchart Gardens tour in the evening - not worth the money - too dark to appreciate the beauty of the garden.
