First cruise for us. Could not be happier. You folks at Celebrity have this thing figured out to a tee.
The upper pool bar review was not based on any incident, just a real observation from many on board. Check the numbers compared to other bars on board. If it was a local bar, I wouldn’t patronize it. Make adjustments soon.

Excellent service everywhere with one exception, the upper pool bar staff was NOT in any hurry to provide service, an arrogant attitude was detected and talked about by our group and everyone else on board. Break them people out for some lessons.

The ship exceeded any and all expectations. Every nook and cranny was neat and tidy.

Everything was excellent. The housekeeping person was so sweet and polite. A real gem for Celebrity.

Avoid the upper pool bar unless you like feeling like you are not a priority or even visible.
Not what I expected. Looks like any inner city in America. Bud your trapped us and the destinations were sleep worthy. Probably a mistake on our behalf choosing this activity.
