Great cruise experience

Excellent service by all officers and attendants on board. Food is delicious.  Some fun performances.   It'd be nice if there is no waiting needed for meals at the main restaurant.  More family friendly activities and amenities would be helpful too.

Cruise from Hell

I've been told that celebrity was a step up from NCL. What a lie that was, poor customer service and the food was horrible. No entertainment and you never see the cruise director. Only seen the captain twice during our trip. They gave us $600.00 to use towards another date, won't be doing that. Tons of people had lists of  complaints that they were forwarding to  celebrity cruise. Also found hair in over half my dishes. Never again stay far away

Fabulous Food ! Unsurpassed Service !

The food rivaled almost anything we have ever had.

we consider ourselves foodies and we were very impressed from the room srvice to the extensive buffet to the fine dining.

plenty of activities on the ship daily both free and not.

The ship was old But that did not affect a perfect experience !

celebrity could do much better with their communication !!!

I couldn't find my onboard credit nor my dinner reservations once they were made.

there was zero info about the activities Until we got on the ship- they could at least provide generalities - our credit and reservations were there once we boarded but....

Celebrity Summit Bermuda cruise

This was the first time I booked a suite and could not believe the difference in the quality of service.  The food and service we're exceptional.  The entertainment was jus average, and there were very few venues for dancing to regular dance music like music from the 60-80's

I go on this same cruise every year. The best thing about it is the excellent food and the kind, accommodating, pleasant crew! IEven the passengers on this boat always seem to be pleasant and friendly.....from the very young to the very old.

Great Bermuda Adventure

I would definitely recommend this cruise to others. We had a fantastic time on the boat during the sailing days as well as at our destination in Bermuda. Keep in mind this ship is a little bit smaller and older so maybe not as polished and fancy as some of the newer ships. We did find however that the majority of the staff though was just excellent. Had a little trouble with the fitness staff but other than that everyone was just so accommodating and friendly. We had some great shore excursions booked through Celebrity which included snorkeling, beginner scuba diving, a beach transfer to Horseshoe Bay, and the White Night Catamaran. All were fantastic and we heard great things from all of the cruise guests about their adventures too. Bermuda is a great place to explore I wish we had more time! Heads up for Bingo on the boat. It's expensive and the payout is minimal. My advice is don't wait in the long long line for it. I would say food was just okay on the ship. Nothing outstanding and the times for the restaurants are fairly limited compared to other cruises. The entertainment on board was very good as well and we really enjoyed the shows, the comedians, and the musicians. Overall a wonderful time!

7 Nights is Not Enough

Best part of cruise was time in port.  Sightseeing and returning to ship  to enjoy a night of good food and entertainment.  However, we very much enjoyed cruising.  It was a delight to awaken each morning to the sense of humor of Captain Kate and to be serenaded at breakfast and dinner by Donovan Moss.

Fabulous cruise

We are a retired couple in our late 60's and have taken quite a few cruises.  This one was particularly relaxing as you only have one port and you dock there for three days.  Bermuda is so easy to explore from this dock.   There are ferries and buses within steps of getting off ship that will take yo anywhere in Bermuda.  It was easy to comeback to ship for quick rest and then head out again.  The Summit is a beautiful ship, smaller in size so very easy to get from one end of the ship to the other. We booked Aqua class and loved accessing the spa, saunas wet and dry and eating in the Aqua restaurant Blu.  No reservations needed, no assigned seating just arrive and be seated very nice for people who do not want to be tied to a dining time and place.  Excellent service from all staff, I'm sure as a result of  quality leadership from Captain Kate.  Happy

The food at the restaurant are good. Buffet is not to good.

Need improvement:  The classic music team should be assigned to a better location. Currently is at the open space next to the public walkway.

St Croix, very nice beach just off pier to the left. Walk past the clock tower and follow along the shore. When you hit the beach continue along till the small shack where you can rent chairs and umbrellas.
