Persian Garden on Celebrity Summit

Had a mani/ pedi and TrudyAnn was lovely.

Such a nice perk of the aqua class rooms. I would have gladLy paid for the pass.

I enjoyed Persian Gardens, my wife not so much because it's just not what she prefers. 5 stars from me, very relaxing.

Steam room smelled like mold. The area just did not have that "spa" feel.. or smell.

Nice but outdated and ready for the renovation. Dark without an outside window like some of the other ships.

Our last day was supposed to be stopping in Nassau but inclement weather prevented us from getting into port. So with the bonus sea day, we decided to give Persian Garden a try. It was a very nice experience. On Summit, there are two steam rooms and a dry sauna. One of the steam rooms is infused with some kind of herbal oil or something, kinda like you are sitting in a giant vicks vaporizer. There is a common area with heated tile benches connecting the three rooms. My wife and I aren't spa people, so it was a new experience for us. Not sure we would spring for a pass for the entire cruise, but it was cool to give it a try.
