On embarkation day try Bistro on 5 for lunch. Yes it is $7.50 a person extra, but it is not busy and there is table service to boot. Try the Cowboy Crepe.

Alter your meal times for lunch and supper, no lines usually and always plenty of foods in the full buffet on the 14th floor. Lots of healthy choices for a diabetic. We used room service for coffee and breakfast most morning. I am not familiar with any other food services on the ship.

If you have a suite you have to ask for the pillow menu and if the ship does tender service to shore don't wait in line just go down to the tender level you have priority service.

Eat in the dining rooms whenever possible. The Oceanview Cafe was so-so, though a good spot to get ice-cream and gellato. The Bacio Cafe gave nice sweets just for the asking and were good to take back to the cabin. The hamburgers at the Mast Grill were very good.

We ate in the main dining room most meals, Food and service were excellent. Due to scheduling of our excursions, we ate on 14th deck several times-lots of selections, good service, easy to eat and go quickly.

Used the Celebrity Select Dining option which allowed us to dine any time we wanted during the hours posted. Never had to wait for a table more than a few minutes and got to meet and talk with people from all over.

If you want drinks, do the wine tastings. You will get more for less. Plus the experience. Also, there are no irons on the ship. We tried hanging shirts in the shower to steam out the wrinkles, but the ventilation is very good.

Prior to departure, i set with a couple during the buffet. They mentioned that they had taken twenty curise and of them all celebrity solictise was the best. Love the service provided in the dining room, next cruise will not go to buffet and a bacloney is a must.

Plan your own transport wherever possible. Do your research in advance so you know where you want to go in each post.

Do main dining room when possible, long lines at buffet (crowed) in morning. Don't do the internet package....internet is super, super slow.

There are many quiet areas on the ship to get away. Bistro 5 is worth the few five bucks for quiet meals.The Mast does hot dogs, hamburgers and fries the right way and included in cruise Coffee and gelato shops were reasonable and very good (gelato Buy 1 Get 1 Free some afternoons)

The solarium offers healthy lunchs and breakfasts and is usually not that busy.

The Mast Grill by the pool has the best burgers and fries. Get there before the lunch rush though because that line gets long. Cafe Bacio is a great late night snack place. The pastries are amazing-try the strawberry chiffon cake-to die for!

Have your meals in the main dinning room. The "Ocean View" buffet was o.k. but certainly not great.

Don't mis the shows and get up early to experience Tracy Arm. It's spectacular.

The library is a very relaxing and peaceful place to be. Even if you didn't bring a book to read, there is a wide selection of books to check out.
