Review summary

Brand new crew; very polite but not very knowledgeable. Nice ship; clean; well maintained. Nice buffet area. Not enough entertainment options. No internet access. TV home screen with ship information would have been better if it had shown the ship's navigation and ETA's.

Did not see the glacier. I think it was because of ice in the water and the boat couldn't go far enough in to see the glacier. Disappointing.

It was raining and the ship didn't get dock clearance until late so we almost missed our excursion. Did a "Bites and Sights" excursion. It rained hard and it was alot of walking so that part wasn't fun. Good guide.
