Review summary

Sleepy relaxing cruise, great if you need to recharge. We were a little bored at times but the staff, food, and views made this a fantastic cruise that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Seattle was great, the dock/luggage situation was a little chaotic as usual but the check-in desks were a breeze.

Absolutely loved the food at nearly all restuarants we dined in.

This was the only place that was less than ideal. The staff was almost...too attentive? We ordered specific items but they brought us nearly everything on the menu, which was fun but there was a reason we didn't order things and it was too much food for even our larger party of 7. The waiter seemed to be standing right behind us at all times, a little claustrophobic inducing. The food was so-so, some was good, some was different than we expected.

We loved our waiter and sommelier we even took fun photos with them on the last day, the food was fantastic. Lots of options all prepared expertly and arrived in a timely manner.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. My husband and I ate here, and it was beyond expectation. The food was so incredibly good. Our waiter was just amazing, so friendly, informative, personal, all while giving us enough privacy to enjoy the evening. Even 3 years later we still dream of the lobster pasta and the cheeses we sampled.

Onboard Activities

A lot of the outdoor activities weren't going because it was an Alaska cruise. Standard indoor activities were fun but felt sleepy, the whole cruise felt very sleepy. Which, if you need a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place.

Entertainment

My husband and I aren't big on cruise theater entertainment but were forced to go to one by family members (yay family politics) it was standard cruise theater entertainment. If you like those shows (and we know we're in the minority) I'm sure this would be fun for you. We did enjoy the free movie theater with my little sister (beauty and the beast)

Best inside cabin we've ever seen, it felt so roomy and had great storage. Absolutely loved our room.
