NOT CONFIGURED FOR A SCOOTER EVEN THOUGH WE NOTED WE WOULD BE USING A SCOOTER - TOOK 15 MINUTES EACH TIME WE HAD TO TAKE THE SCOOTER OUT- CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE SHIP TWICE CLAIMED THEY WOULD TRY TO ACCOMMODATE US AND TWICE WE NEVER HEARD BACK FOR TWO SEPARATE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WE SPOKE TO - WASTED AT LEAST 60-75 MINUTES EACH DAYY
