Review summary

Sorry to say that, overall, this cruise was very disappointing. The cruise seemed to lack sincere personable attention. Only Cabin steward/service and dining room assistant waiters Michael and Roshan were exceptional. Overall, I don’t feel this cruise represented “hospitality” but certainly did present an attitude of “get their last dime”. Take a deep breath, add another 18 or 20% gratuity.

1. Dining room breakfast omelettes cooked hard - dry! 2. Dinner Buffet, Monday, 2/16/2023. Entrees/ hot vegetables cold or luke warm. Notified server and head waiter/Food & Beverage manager(?). 3. Dining Room 1/16: Sommelier(?) poor, amateur wine service. Observed white wine uncorked before arriving arriving at the table, hand served like bottled water . At best, amateur wine service.
