The cruise staff was all very friendly.  The ship was lovely, but there could have been more to do for the under 60 crowd.  We loved the ports and had a great time.  But with 6 women all together, how could you not!

Great Cruise!

Great ship and the service on the ship was outstanding!  Loved the itinerary!  Food was very good!

A few areas for improvement:  Had to take a shuttle bus to the ship and had to load our own bags on the bus.  The entertainment overall was good, but the entertainers didn't sing/play/dance to their audience performing songs this age group never heard before.  In addition, all three male soloists sang "Bring Me Home" from Les Mis.  Great song but didn't need to hear it 3 times.  A couple of the ship singer/dance performances were just plain weird!

Lots of fun on the best ship Celebrity Reflection

Had a wonderful time on Celebrity Reflection. This is our third time on this ship and they never cease to amaze us with their service and attention to details. This time we decided to book a sky suite for our Mediterranean cruise. Butler service was excellent, dining was great and the Alcove was relaxing. Enjoyed all the ports and would recommend this cruise to all.

Delightful Experience

Being at sea for a full 7 days without stopping at any ports was our favorite part. Was really so very relaxing. What could definitely use improvement is the internet service.  I think paying nearly $300.00 for Internet was unreasonable.  Also the beverage package that was offered was quite expensive for what was offered in the way of drink choices.  That being said, I would definitely recommend this cruise to others and I would that this cruise again.

One major incident ruined a perfect vacation

We had 12 excellent cruise days. Unfortunately the cruise duration was 16 days :(

What went awfully wrong? One of the entertainers insulted me, called me stupid, idiot, and stated that "we don'the want people like him in the audience". I complained to the cruise director, guest relations maker and Hotel Director. I got plenty of empty no-apology apologies,  but essentially the senior leaders on board Celebrity Reflection not only justified and supported the entertainer. They blamed me for seating up front! Actually 3rd row.

Be aware that for this Celebrity crew, being insulted, humiliated and discriminated is OK, all part of what they call "lighthearted comedy". I fail to see the comedy in being called an idiot, and being discriminated by an employee of the cruise line. Do you?

We had a good 12-days cruise. We thought we had paid for 16 days. Vacation ruined by Celebrity Reflection incompetent hotel Director and Celebrity'so awful customer service.  Beware! Celebrity thinks that insulting passengers is ok.

High hopes but disappointment on excursions

Verified Review

Sail Date: / Traveled As: Family (young children)

When arriving on board we immediately booked our shore excursions wanting to take advantage specifically of swimming with the sting rays in Grand Cayman. We booked and looked forward to event all werk. We arrived at 10 but excursion wasn't  scheduled until 1. We were first off the first tender boat and walked around until  time to meet up only to discover that the tour had been cancelled. We wasted all that time and could have booked something on our own only to be addressed in rude manner by celebrity attendant. Total disappointment from my son and a

missed opportunity for us to experience what we wanted to do and why we picked this cruise specifically during his spring break. The next day in Jamaica we had another scheduled that was not organized and planned well. Was supposed to include lunch which ended up being take out provided to us on the bus because the tour times were so skewed. We rushed and never had time to shop like we were supposed to. Both tours were scheduled through celebrity and not cheap but provided lots of frustration and disappointment. No apologies were ever offered up by any of the staff. For the cost of the cruise and excursions I feel

like I just wasted my money. Will go back to cruising with carnival or

royal Caribbean again.

Celebrity Reflection first timer

The Reflection  is a beautiful  ship. It's the perfect size not too big not too small,  holding about 3000 passengers.  You can feel a higher level service on celebrity  from the staff.   I believe there is a higher staff to passenger ratio on their ships. It was very easy boarding and disembarking from Miami.  The main dining room offered good food every night.  The buffet in the morning was great to you could sit outside on the back of the boat and enjoy your breakfast.  The ports of call were nice as well we visited Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Jamaica and Labadee.

Highly recommend the Reidel Crystal Workshop while at sea. Amazing information, but for the price you get a set of the tasting glasses for each paid person. Also recommend the Wine/Food pairing workshop, taught by a Sommelier, who definitely knows his stuff!
