Review summary

We planned our cruise with the intention that the ship was our destination and Celebrity Reflection did not disappoint in any way. As an added bonus we visited Cartenga Columbia, Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire as well as Grand Cayman, we are not beach people nor do we enjoy excursions so I can't comment on those activities but we do shop and enjoy having a cocktail at each port. This was our first cruise and we have 2 more booked with Celebrity. We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise, we met some great people and experienced amazing staff.

Food and Dining

Maybe because of all past reviews, I had high expectations but I found the food in the MDR and Oceanview to be average except Lobster night.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Amazing staff starting with Putu our room attendant to Bacio Cafe for morning coffee to the staff at the Sunset Bar. High praise for the amazing staff in the Ensemble Bar every night before and sometimes after dinner. The staff here interacted with the people as much as time would allow and were so pleasant and happy. My wife and I watched 4 of them work behind that bar that has an island in it and is smaller than our kitchen, it was amazing to watch because they never bumped or ran into each other but yet they were almost running in every direction!! Very professional and a happy bunch.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very clean ship all around as they are always cleaning railings, elevators and all public areas.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our Stateroom was always in peak condition because Putu was our attendant and he always asked if there was more he could do to make our stay more enjoyable!!

Ship tip

The ship is clean and the service is impeccable, the food in the Oceanview and MDR are good but not as wonderful as I had come to expect because of past reviews I had read. I enjoy good food and am not a picky eater, but I really enjoy quality food and I only found that in the specialty restaurants.

Very smooth but our flight was at 6pm so I think we were one of the last to disembark, we were not in a hurry to leave, that is for sure...lol
