This was our first time staying in a balcony room & I don’t think I could ever stay in an interior room again. The balcony room was just so great! Waking up to the ocean every morning & having coffee on the balcony everyday. It was fabulous! It was also nice to be able to sit out on our balcony while my daughter took her nap in the late morning. I was able to keep an eye on her while enjoying the ocean breeze!

We loved having the balcony. It was the first time taking kids, and 4 in a room was a little tight, but we knew it would be. Overall, it wasn't bad, but we were ready to retreat to our own rooms.

Overall the room was clean, however the curtains had presumably cigarette holes in them and the charging port was missing. For 2 days we were without hot water. An onboard credit was applied in the amount of $50 per person, however for the cost we paid for the trip it should have been more. When we returned to our cabin from our excursion there wasn’t any hot water and the water pressure was low. At first it wasn’t addressed until the second day.

Disappointing experience...think twice about the Vista by mr35cc

Room was cleaned once per day. Our steward worked very hard and seemed overwhelmed with the number of rooms he cleaned. He was not provided the information we should have received on excursions delays or the tickets for our excursions. Although always professional, we could see and understand his imbarrasment and frustration on the lack of communication.
