Review summary

My first cruise. Staff were great, pools are a thumbs down. Water slide great, pool side drink service spotty. Dining room meals good, buffet meals bad. Entertainment is good, nickel and dime things bad.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Dining room for breakfast and evening meal. Service and food quality was good. Staff was very personable. Buffets were busy and annoying.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Spa and fitness centers were nice, clean and good service. The pools were gross. Had to be drained multiple times due to contamination. The hot tubs were jam packed with kids on Lido deck.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Probably the best part. The entertainment was generally very good.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
Kids club was good. The line to get checked in/out was always long and slow.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was helpful and pleasant.

Clean and comfortable. Size was expected.
