Review summary

Being this was my third carnival cruise and never experienced staff behavior in this manner of carelessness. But since I was traveling with family it made up for the mishaps.

Carnival buffet food was not good - breakfast,lunch or dinner everything had some type of gravy or sauce added to it,the main dining room had no entertainment with music and dancing. The specialty restaurant lines were extremely toe long and needed more stations to lessen the time.

Although, there weren't enough pools and were overcrowded, it was relaxing.

DJ Milk D,made the cruise fun. He played great music for everyone, everyday nonstop.

My room steward's name was Wayan. When he was off, we would call housekeeping and not get an answer. We had to walk around until we found someone to assist us. On the first day, our room had no air and we told our room steward( Wayan) and he did nothing until the next morning. We went to Guest Services and they said they would handle it and nothing happened. So in the middle of the night, I had an asthma attack from the hot room and still no help from Guest Service. The third night, they brought a small desk fan to the room which really did not help. No apologies nothing.
