It was an enjoyable trip. The staff was very friendly. Accommodations could use upgrading. Musical groups could be better. Spend some time at the Alchemy Bar! Also, go to Scarlet's Steak House, it's SO worth it!!!

The Our Time dining room was wonderful. Our waiter, Gurkan, was the INCREDIBLE! He took great care of us and was extremely attentive and made sure that we were taken care of. We were lucky enough to request and sit in his section every night. We dined at the Steak house on the first evening. It was EXQUISITE! The service was great, and food even better. We will certainly do this one again! Breakfast in the main dining room was delicious as was the new juices. I do miss the bloody Mary bar. The lido buffet was good for salads in the afternoon and for the cold meat and cheeses, otherwise I don't find the food on the buffet very good.

Comedy shows were great, Scavenger hunt was great as usual. I think that the musicians/musical groups/soloists on this cruise were not as good as our last two cruises. The violin trio and brass horn group were a bit "stiff". I didn't enjoy the solo guitarist who sang only country. Hubby and I are professional musicians and hold these things at high standards. We stopped going to the theatre for the main shows because of no live music and the over dubbing of voices during the shows.

Gurkan in Your Time Dining was AMAZING!!! We were lucky enough to have him every night. He took such great care of us and was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our evening dinner beautiful! I wish we could have him on every cruise!
Alchemy Bar, Zuzanna, Amel and Vladimir- Best mixologist/bar tenders we've had, ANYWHERE!!! We loved them so much we hung out there every night! BRAVO!!

Room was a bit run down, with vineer missing here an there on the furniture, the cushions and seat of the couch were cracking and were old enough that the cushion and seat were no longer the same color.
Love Progreso. We often go into Merida, but instead went to the beach. It was a great walk, and lunch and massage. Will do the beach again in Progreso!
HORRIBLE!!!!! I'm not sure what was going on, but disembarkation took too long and it's my understanding that people were waiting until after 11 to get off. We happened to be on the 1st floor and people were jamming the elevator areas, the lines were at a complete stop EARLY on.
