#Favorite: Good and Hard working waiters, chefs and room service persons
#VeryBad: Excursion management is very bad, they will reschedule to illogical times which cancel 9 out of 10 of times, then make to wait for excursion and cancel it at last minute. 2. Almost same menu repeats all days. No good options for vegetarians.
#Improvements: Communicate about probability of cancellation. Provide alternate and better options preferably for free.
#Recommendations: Do not take customer for granted. Improve on Menu and entertainment. Be Honest.
