Review summary

The staff on the ship were very pleasant and helpful.  We loved all of the ports we visited. The food in the dining room is good but the buffet is awful.  We ate there once during the 11 days.  The Triumph needs to be placed in dry dock and completely redone.  The interior is very dated and run down.  Don't think any ship has used pink vanities in their bathrooms in many years.  There's not much ventilation in the casino and bar area so the cigarette smoke is kind of overwhelming so we started referring to the area as "stinky town". We found other ways to get to the dining room so we didn't have to go through "stinky town".  We hired a cab on each of the islands and we were able to go and do what we wanted.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Rating is based on the buffet. It was very bland and boring, pretty much inedible. The dining room and the specialty locations were very good.

Not sure since we didn't have children with us.

Ship Quality

Extremely worn and dated

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Decor is very dated and worn. The entire ship needs to be but in dry dock and updated. It's long past it's prime.

Ship tip

Guy's Burger Bar and the Burrito/Taco Bar are great options for breakfast and lunch.

yes but there are still some areas that need to be worked on. last time we were on deck 1 and you can feel water swishing around in pockets under the floor. my sister was on deck 2 and there was a leak in the ceiling, a lot of rooms had to be open with fans day and night. just have to keep in mind she's not new
