Room was not crisp as expected in fact it looked dirty no vacuumed well. Room only visited I. Am so if you have an afternoon shower you didn’t have towels for next day and had to request more towels. In fact never saw our stateman for our room. Booked trip early and ended up on deck 1 room 1443 next door to a utility closet which was enter very early awaking us at an ungodly hour right around 6am I was on vacation so it was appreciated.
