I personally LOVE formal nights. I wear a long gown, get my hair done at the spa. I make sure we hit lots of photo backgrounds to get pictures. My husband wears a suit because he knows how much I enjoy dressing up.

It's completely up to you! On Carnival, you don't have to do the "formal night" about 50% do it and they will dress in gowns and suits.

I enjoy dressing up for dinner every night, but my husband is dark jeans, a nice button shirt and boots…doesn’t get any more formal than that. And he never seems under dressed so that should give you an idea of the range. Carnival isn’t real strict on this so pretty sure you’re good if you aren’t in shorts and flip flops 🤣.

As formal as you want to be! we usually match our group...sometimes it is simply dress shirt others full dress suit
