Guest Services and Excursions Desk on Carnival Sunshine

Terrible job, there was always an hour long wait in line, they did not take complains seriously the staff was ill informed and could not resolve problems , their fire drill was a joke the crew was lost on what to do in an emergency

I’m so thankful that we were personally met by Carnival Personell to board us onto the ship at St.Thomas. They were all very professional and even ensured we were safely boarded. We had our own person muster drill. How cool is that? Safety First!!!!!!

Lines too long. Excursion desk personnel unfriendly and not helpful.
