Some favorites from the specialty side include the upscale Nouveau Restaurant, Nouveau Selections, and Bonsai Sushi. The Carnival Deli and Lido Restaurant offer casual daytime fare, and Good Eats serves buffet-style dinners. When the ship emerges from dry dock in late 2019, she will also boast venues that have become Carnival staples, including BlueIguana Cantina and Guy’s Burger Joint.
