Although Carnival Paradise may be identified as the smallest ship, the setup is actually really nice. The 9th floor is where most of the venues are which is helpful given that food is on the 8th or 10th floor.

Don’t… not our type of ship or our type of clientele…

The price would drive me to sail on this ship again. Also, the Cruise Director, Amber, made this trip entertaining.

Just take your time and enjoy yourself

This was our 2nd time on the Paradise and we had a good experience both times.

• Take advantage of the fitness center on the Paradise. They have plenty of machines & treadmills in a very large space. They replaced the broken chest press weight machine from last year. Do yourself & favor and leave those extra cruise pound on the ship instead of carrying them home with you!

Get ready to spend a lot of money on onboard activities and other stuff.

It would have been nice to have more than 1 main pool, and a few more hot tubs would have been nice too.

Talk to a stranger..and get to know your crew. It makes life much more fun!

Don't bother waiting for the slow over crowded elevators...take the stairs.

You may run into rough seas the further south you go. Take dramamine or motion sickness patches

Going out on deck 10 and walking all the way forward gives you a great front of the ship view.

This is not a mega ship. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but for a 4 or 5 day cruise, there is more than enough to keep you busy.
