Review summary
the oceans are rocky to get in from shore .The dinning was elbow to elbow then the the dinning room was all the way on other end of ship .Then on the snorkeling the ship people would not answer any question because igot it with then it was two hours to get to place to snorkel and then they were to mean people to doing any good snorkeling

I agree - the excursion you purchased from another vendor is not Carnival's responsibility -- you should be giving the vendor the bad review.
The fact that the dining room was on the other end of the ship -- the dining rooms are generally on the back end of the ship. If you get a room in the front of the ship, you will have to walk a bit. Although it was crowded, how was the food? The service?
You seem to have rated the room and the Steward with high marks -- Why?

How would the ship know about an excursion booked through a different company............ Can Ford tell you about a Chevy ?? They are both cars, but not the same. Yes excursions are busy in a tourist spot when a ship full of over 2,000 people are there for the day.
The dining room "all the way on the other side of ship", I guess you did not check to see where your cabin was in relation to the dining room.
It is not fair to downgrade Carnival for an excursion booked through somebody else. Dining rooms are always elbow to elbow on ships, especially on older ships.
This review just goes to show that a bit of research to plan a cruise will help ensure a good cruise for Cabin location, excursions and amount of people on the ship.
