Elation Dining Room on Carnival Paradise

Had this dining room for your time dining. The wait was always under 10 minutes. The first 4 nights service was always quick. The 5th night for some reason was very slow.

slow the first night getting people seated and drink order. But, they got better each dinner. Had a piece of raw chicken one night, they took the plate away and quickly provided another plate.

The wait staff did all they could to make the experience go well but they have reduced their teams down to 2 people instead of 3 like before. The food was decent but obviously lacking in quality compared to pre-pandemic food on carnival.

Very clean and the food was plentiful. Our waiter Iwayan from Indonesia was superb. His contract finishes soon and he needs to be part of this team upon his return.

Great options (even for the picky eaters). Staff was wonderful!

Food was good, waitstaff was just trying to turn the table and rush us out. Never offered coffee with dessert. Seemed annoyed when we asked for some,

The food from the main dining room was definitely not as good as it has been on previous ships. But the wait staff was awesome.

Good and beautiful however, the food was not upto the expectation..
