Review summary

This ship was bigger than the past two we've been on. Going from the inner to balcony state room was definite well worth the additional cost, especially worth kids.

Much better than the inner state rooms we were in on our last two cruises. This cabin location was awesome and literally just one level down and around the corner from the daily buffet dining/all night pizza. It was easy access to all activities from the back of the boat. We were only 1-2 levels down from track and upper deck activities, not to mention the amazing view from the balcony.

Ship tip

Water slide and kids area is great for young kids and we enjoyed the nightly drive in movies too. More spacious that the past Carnival ships we've been on.

The Roatan zipline Adventure shore excursion we got through BJ's was not offered by Carnival and was cheaper and the best excursion we've been on...a definite excursion to add to your to do list and absolutely worth the $$. We did another zipline in Belize in the past, but this was much longer...my daughter (11yr) and nephew (13yr) even went on it twice!! So much fun!
