Review summary
We havent cruised in 7 years and cruised for our 35th anntversary on the Magic for 7 days. Unfortunately, we had late seating for dinner which I will NEVER do again. We were able to go to 1 show in the evening (Dancing with the cast? really?) The band and dancers had no shows planned and the theatre was occupied by Bingo!!! The food in the formal dining was as good as we remembered but the food on the LIdo deck was bland at best and unappetizing. In other words, the things we expected were not up to expectations. That said, the balcony stateroom was very nice and 2 of the 3 acoustic performers were good and pleasant to listen to. The shore excursions were fun (you've got to feed the iguanas in Roatan!)

Book early enough to get early dinner seating!!!! That will be a deal breaker for me in the future
