I just want to thank everyone that made our week memorable, relaxing, enjoyable, will definitely cruise again specially, to our bartenders and servers. The kindest people you’ll ever meet very fun to be around specially to One of the bartenders her name is Shaung & And Rodolfo. And Our server who is so kind and patient Artwell!!! You guys rock!

I’m gonna give it a five star just because The bartenders and servers and State room attendance ( Shang, Rodolfo, Artwell, & I Gede and all that stateroom attendance). were excellent. But I did have a bad counter with one of the guest services front desk. She was very rude and wasn’t as helpful as I thought just . because every single person that we interact or had encountered with was amazing and it was quite a shock and I was really upset. I went to the front desk and ask for the forms Q&A to fill out for the bus transportation due to Baltimore port situation that happened Monday night into Tuesday morning. I mentioned to her we did not received a Q&A formed only duplicate copy of the notification of transportation provided, and Information of what happened that day . She looked at me as I was dumb and said ma’am this was giving out not to long ago, that I need to look again go back to my room filled out and bring it down and then she can help me. I said to her help me ? when there was no form to fill out I did not get a Q&A Sent to my mailbox . She kept on attacking me. We were going back and forth multiple times. She finally walked away from me and had her back turned and went straight to the computer and printed out a QA form and handed it to me when I saw the form I told her this is not what I got. I did not get this then she goes and say oh there must be a misunderstanding. That was the first we got with carnival, she don’t belong there. I’m so sorry, but is the truth she was very rude to me and made me feel belittle. I don’t know her name but I can definitely point her out. I was really upset throughout the whole day. .

Very accommodating, very kind people. Everything went smooth and easy for us specially what happened to the Keybridge thank you again and we will be cruising with you again.
