With the exception of the night at the steakhouse. Which I would like to say the waitstaff service, cleanliness of restaurant and food was excellent. However, the other meals/food on the ship was terrible. Sandwiches did not have enough meat and cheese. Ice cram area was always dirty and messy. Food on Main decks were tasteless and poor in quality.

We celebrated birthdays and were treated like royalty. Excellent waitstaff, food, atmosphere, view, and chef. I would eat here again.

This was the best part of our cruise. Matt is an awesome photographer and is excellent in his knowledge and services. Highly recommend him for promotion, bonus or anything to keep him. He should be your mentor and trainer for others in this area. He knows how to make you feel special and appreciated. He is a find person. Any questions we ask he knew the answer or he seek it out immediately to give us an answer. Great service. Loved the package offered prior to sailing. Hopefully you all will continue that service.

Pre-Teens and teens were not supervised well. Found my teens running the ship with no supervision.

Service and Staff

Steward came 1 time a day to clean. We requested to have ice bucket full of ice at all times. Glasses were not replaced with clean glasses. The glasses were continually dirty. Not taken care of. Made request and he rarely followed up with request. We ask for additional glasses and did not get them. Only had 2 glasses and there were 3 in our cabin. The waitstaff were very slow. REquested tea refills and water refills. Never got them until completed with meal. And sometimes not at all. Food was dropped on us from 2nd eating area above our table. We were usually first in to be seated and always the last to be waited on. Tried to cram multiple plates on table when there was not enough room rather than letting us enjoy our meal and serve us in courses. Pursers counter staf were excellent and very helpful. Comlained about the room being hot and no one ever corrected the problem. It was hot until we got to cooler weather. Poor customer service. We should have been moed to another room if they can't repair the problem.
