In our room the carpet needed to be replaced, in the shower there was mold and mildew in all of the cracks and seams. Half the time it took three or four presses of the flush button to get the toilet to flush. Both of the sinks drained slowly. And last the A/C was never that great and often had a swage smell.

Overall the cabin was spacious and comfortable, lots of storage. We appreciated the complimentary movie channels on tv also. 3 stars because when I booked the Suite in Sep 2018, I booked a Jr Suite for the sole purpose of getting a bathtub. This was an important factor for me. When we arrived to the room, I was extremely surprised to find us in a handicapped suite with a large shower and a pull-down chair.......I suppose they changed the room during drydock, but we were never notified of the changes. I knew the ship was fully booked so I didn't even mention it. Like I said the room itself was huge and comfy.
