I cruised on The Dream at Christmas time. The ship was decorated for the Holidays and we sang Christmas carols in the Atrium area. It was really nice.

also...visit Atlantis while in Nassau if you don't already have plans... their Christmas decorations are always interesting.

Tons of kids. Very nice decorations for Christmas with a large tree in the atrium. Special menu for Christmas day.
