This was a handicap room with one single twin bed and a drop-down bunk. As lone traveler it was very comfortable. Well maintained and cleaned great every day.

I called guest services several times a day about our lack of air conditioning and they sent someone up to our room everyday. They kept leaving notes and letters saying they had been there and the problem was resolved, but we could not tell any difference. I went into a few other rooms on different floors and they were nice and cool. Guest services asked on the last day, if I was ever offered a fan, which I was not. I guess I should have asked to change rooms on the first day, but I was hoping they would be able to fix the A/C.
