Review summary
The cruise was ok but my account got hack someone purchase drinks on my account the staff at guest services werent that nice and didnt understand my concerns. Also the pool staff wasnt nice to my nephew which was a baby telling us he couldnt get in the pool but we seen other little babies in there with diapers on i felt they were being racist against black people. I think i will not take a cruise with carnival again. Because certain things weren't taking care of in my eyes. They didnt give me any on board credit for someone purchasing drinks on my account.other wise the cruise was okEmbarkation
