Review summary

Embarkation was a breeze.  We turned up at the port by taxi after an overnight stay in a local hotel.  Although there were lines to join, we moved quickly and were soon on the ship.  There was a wedding party just in front of us which made the atmosphere even more exciting.
The balcony cabin was very clean and the steward polite at all times.   The towel animals were fun and always a surprise when we returned to the cabin - finding one sat on our bed each evening.
We had dining at any time therefore we didn't have to worry about which show we watched.  The food in all restaurants from main dining to the steak restaurant and Guys were exceptional with efficient service.  Also look out for the Brunch menu (on sea days) Highly recommended.
The shows were certainly Broadway standard.  We enjoyed every one of them, even went in for both performances some evenings. The dancers and singers were excellent and I believe mainly British.  They also sang in the lobby area of the ship and entertained post theatre show.  The 'Playlisters' chatted with the guests and were happy for us to have photos taken with them.  They were very handsome/pretty, sociable and polite, especially 'Mitchell' who was exceptionally talented,  helpful and looked like a top model.  Josh 'Big Sexy' and the girls worked incredibly hard and gave so much energy in ensuring our cruise was great fun.  We also loved the Piano bar experience.  The atmosphere was terrific!
We had occasion to visit Guest Services encountering Peter, Marija and Lydja.  They went out of their way to make sure our requests (not complaints) were dealt with efficiently with excellent customer skills.
We purchased goods from the shops on the ship. Overall it wasn't too expensive, as anticipated, and Kenny proved to be full of personality with a very friendly nature - an asset to the company, unlike the aloof manager we encountered.
The Art Auction was great fun with Samantha being the most pleasant and polite. Make sure you go and get one of the many prints given away at the auction.  You have to be there to win.
The excursions were great, we didn't book one for each port but enjoyed the snorkelling, the beautiful Islands and the beaches.  Most ports, immediate shops etc, are very similar and owned by the cruise company making it safe to buy.
The Italian captain was approachable.  He walked around the ship most evenings meeting and speaking to the guests, which also made our holiday memorable.  Leaving the ship was also an easy and efficient process.  We were soon on our way home, relaxed and ready for our hectic lifestyle.

Would I go again? In a heartbeat.  What an excellent time we had, thank you Carnival!

St Thomas is lovely. Don't bother paying to go to the Panoramic view. It's not worth it!
