Food was excellent and a great number of food venues. Wait staff in dining room were slow each day in serving us.

Room steward was very good as well as customer service. Dining room waiters Richard and Christopher were not to the standard of service that we had on all previous cruises.

It was outstanding and the location was perfect next to the elevator and for ease to all venues onboard.

Go to the great variety of eateries, all are outstanding.

Hate the traffic to get us to the port and the parking is starting to get troublesome at the port. Twice we were told there are shuttles to the parking garages yet none are ever running according to our Porters. This continues we will not use this port. No excursion in Miami.
