Never seen the option through Royal's app. On the main website or through the Cruise Planner portal you go to Royal Gifts. Be warned the liquor bottles are more of a mini bar size read the description carefully so you know if getting 187ml or 375ml "bottle" for the price, wine/champagne is a 750ml bottle.

you can go to the cruise planner website hit the 3 lines on the top left corner and go to wine and liquor you will need your booking number and sailing info and that's pretty much it everything should be waiting for you in your room on embarkation day
