Might i suggest that you call the hotel and ask. A lot of the hotels will have a shuttle service but for a fee. The other thing is the distance to the cruise port; then Uber/Lyft might be your best bet.

The airport shuttle was free, but they used a third party shuttle that cost per person the last time we stayed there.
