From what I have read, you can book transportation to and from the ship for around $16 each way from the Fort Lauderdale airport to the port. Looks like it’s a bit more costly going to and from MIA airport, around $25

Just get a random taxi each way and ask them the price before you get in the car. It’s a 15 minute drive in traffic. Like other people said, it’s rather cheap. If you’re using a credit card, confirm their reader works before you get in too. They sometimes pull crap where you get to the end of the ride and their reader is “broke.” So they “need” cash and raise the price. It’s amazing how the readers fix themselves when you tell them you don’t have cash.

Port Everglades is only about 3 miles from Fort Lauderdale airport. There are quite a few hotels that will pick you up from the airport free shuttle and take you to the hotel. From the hotel to the port I was told to anticipate anywhere between 10 and $15 per person if it's Lyft or Shuttle. There are other more expensive options. Embassy suites will pick you up at the airport take you to the hotel then come back in the morning and pick you up and take you to the port and a full breakfast is included but it's nearly $600.

Just spent $13.95 on a Lyft this morning from the port to airport, and that was with dozens of other people doing it at the same time.
